Ron Paul said Monday he will not compete in Republican primaries in any of the states that have not yet voted — essentially ending the 2012 primary season and leaving the path open for Mitt Romney to win the GOP presidential nomination. Mr. Paul said he will still try to win over delegates in states where the voting is done but where state conventions are still picking representatives to the Republican nominating convention in Tampa, Fla., in August. While seeing them off the elevators. Both of them in all disrespect whispered to me “you are doing very well with Government of Dubai; your business will never grow unless you agree to give us a cut out of your business.” As naïve patriot citizen and lawful kid just come out of college replied: “go away. My business is legitimate of cut throat profit. I trust my government”.
I underestimated the influence of these thugs in Dubai. I was an idiot. I should taken them more seriously. In less than a year:

·Receivable payment stopped.
·1200 agencies taken away.
·Fired disgracefully from federal government.
·My skilled Staff taken away and reemployed in the government and forced to testify against me.

The biggest name in the resignations this week is Ina Drew, the “trader at heart” who was managing risk for JPMorgan. Whoever thought hiring a “trader” to manage a growing and now large risk team ought to be sent packing this week, but that’s not likely to happen. CNBC: According to the report, the departures involve three of the highest-ranking executives with direct connections to the losses, these people say. Separately, the Financial Times reported, also citing unnamed people familiar with the matter, that JPMorgan Chase is investigating whether London-based traders hid the extent of losses on credit derivatives positions. The paper also reported resignations were expected within the next 24 hours. The Wall Street Journal listed those leaving as: Ina Drew, who since 2005 has run the risk-management unit that is responsible for the losses; Achilles Macris, who is in charge of the London-based desk that placed the trades; and trader Javier Martin-Artajo, a managing director on Mr. Macris’s team. There has to come a time though when investors realize that Dimon’s big mouth will cost the bank even more money so he may also be on borrowed time. He’s not there yet and for the moment, there are plenty of fools (including the retired GE CEO Jack Welch who squeezed GE for a lavish retirement plan) who lapped up Dimon’s TV appearance yesterday. As more losses emerge – and they almost certainly will be coming – Dimon’s PR offensive will not be enough to save his job.

The mystery of the Old Harrovian murdered in China took an intriguing twist last night when MPs demanded to know if he was a spy.
They called on Foreign Secretary William Hague to come clean about whether Neil Heywood tipped off MI6 about his secretive activities as an adviser to a disgraced Chinese power broker.
The Daily Mail has been told that Mr Heywood passed information to MI6 as an ‘agent of influence’, though officials insist he was not on the Secret Intelligence Service payroll.

The Chinese authorities are investigating whether Mr Heywood, 41, was poisoned with cyanide last November after falling out with Bo Xilai, who was ousted as the Communist boss of the city of Chongqing.
Officials in China told the Mail Mr Heywood died after helping Mr Bo and his wife Gu Kailai, with whom the Briton is alleged to have had an affair, funnel £1billion of Chinese state assets into foreign bank accounts.

Mr Heywood knew the former ‘golden couple’ of the Bos for more than a decade and helped their son Bo Guagua, whom he had taught English, win a place at Harrow before studying at Oxford.
Questions over how the Bos could afford a foreign education for their son, who is currently studying at Harvard, have been circulating in China for years.
The Mail understands that Mr Heywood was an ‘agent of influence’, a well-placed figure whose work made him of use to the intelligence services, though not a full-time officer or undercover operative.
‘Someone in his position will always be asked what he knows and who he has seen and what gossip he has picked up,’ a well-placed source said.
‘He was in bed with a very big fish.
‘Hakluyt is packed with ex-SIS people and you know what they say: once MI6, always MI6.’
A source close to Mr Hague, who has ministerial responsibility for MI6, said: ‘He was not on our payroll. He was not an employee.’

The Foreign Office refused to confirm or deny whether Mr Heywood was an MI6 informer.
‘We don’t ever get into saying one way or the other,’ an official said. ‘If you deny it when it’s not true you’d have to confirm it when it was.’
But a senior Whitehall source confirmed: ‘It is not unusual for people like that to pop in for a quiet coffee from time to time.’
Hakluyt issued a statement last week saying: ‘Neil had a long history of advising Western companies on China and we were among those who sought his advice. We are greatly saddened by his death.’
The chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Chongqing, Richard Cao, told the Mail it was likely that Mr Heywood helped the corrupt couple smuggle from China at least £1billion, which they had accumulated during two decades of abusing their power and influence.
He said: ‘It will be hard to trace the money because it will be hard to prove it is illegal funds.
‘Even it if was gained from state-owned assets, it must have been washed very clean by the Bos and Mr Heywood.’
The Chinese government is now attempting to follow the paper trail and recover the illegal funds, with an unnamed official claiming that greed and money ultimately led to Mr Heywood’s murder.
A government source said: ‘It’s highly likely Heywood was involved in transferring Bo’s money out of the country, and we believe this is the impetus behind his killing.
‘This British guy must have done something the Bos did not want to be publicised.’
The British Government is under growing pressure to explain why Mr Hague was informed about the significance of Mr Heywood’s death only in February, three months after he was killed and a month after Chinese authorities told the Foreign Office Mr Heywood’s death was suspicious.
David Cameron has also demanded answers from MI6 officers and diplomats about how the Government ended up blindsided by the murder.
A report in the Hong Kong media yesterday claimed that Mrs Gu has terminal bone cancer and only has ‘a year or two’ to live.
It was alleged that since she became ill, she has undergone a sudden change in character, becoming increasingly flirtatious and ‘promiscuous’.
Mr Bo is now under virtual house arrest, while Mrs Gu is being held in police custody.
Police investigating the murder have made dozens of arrests, according to reports, including that of billionaire Xu Ming, one of China’s richest men.
Mr Heywood’s Chinese wife, Wang Lulu, remains at the family’s exclusive gated villa compound in Beijing with their children aged seven and 11, who hold British passports.
It is understood the British Embassy has granted Mrs Heywood a visa which would enable her to come to this country.
Marble-clad hotel where Old Harrovian was killed
Perched on a hillside on the outskirts of China’s fastest growing city is the secluded Nanshan Lijing Hotel.
Also known as the Lucky Holiday Hotel, it was here, in one of its ten private villas, that the body of Neil Heywood was found last November.
The Old Harrovian was allegedly lured to the three-star resort by a representative of Bo Xilai and Gu Kailai – one of China’s most powerful political families.

Police believe he was murdered for daring to threaten to expose the couple’s crooked business dealings.
The £600-a-night villas, which boast marble floors and chandeliers, and an eccentric mix of Chinese and European furniture, were the favoured location from which Mrs Gu ruthlessly wielded her power.
It was here that she struck multi-million pound deals with shady generals and corrupt Chinese officials, and hosted exclusive dinner parties and private lunches.
Richard Cao, chairman of the British Chambers of Commerce in China, said: ‘It was at the Nanshan Hotel that a deputy police chief tried to gatecrash a private dinner party Gu was holding.
‘He arrived drunk and got upset because Gu’s bodyguards would not allow him in the restaurant. Despite his rank, she had him sacked.’
In another incident, a group of off-duty police officers eating in the restaurant ignored Mrs Gu’s request to quieten down. All were sacked.

Conservative Party co-treasurer Peter Cruddas has resigned after being filmed apparently offering access to Prime Minister David Cameron in return for donations of £250,000 a year.
The senior Tory fundraiser told undercover reporters pretending to be business representatives that “things will open up for you” if they donated that amount of money to the Tories.
In a meeting secretly recorded by The Sunday Times, he said: “It will be awesome for your business.”
Announcing his resignation, Mr Cruddas said in a statement: “I deeply regret any impression of impropriety arising from my bluster in that conversation. Clearly there is no question of donors being able to influence policy or gain undue access to politicians.
“Specifically, it was categorically not the case that I could offer, or that David Cameron would consider, any access as a result of a donation. Similarly, I have never knowingly even met anyone from the Number 10 policy unit. But in order to make that clear beyond doubt, I have regrettably decided to resign with immediate effect.”
On Sunday morning the Tories announced that Lord Fink is to replace Peter Cruddas as the party’s principal treasurer.
Hedge fund millionaire Lord Fink previously held the role until earlier this month, when it was taken over by Mr Cruddas.
Speaking on Sunday morning David Cameron said: “”What happened is completely unacceptable, this is not the way that we raise money in the Conservative party. It shouldn’t have happened.
“I’ll make sure there is a party inquiry to make sure this can’t happen again.”
A Tory spokesman said: “In the light of the resignation of Peter Cruddas yesterday, Lord Fink has agreed to return as the party’s principal treasurer, the role he stepped down from at the beginning of March. Michael Farmer will continue to support Stanley Fink as a co-treasurer.
“We are grateful to Stanley for agreeing to this and we believe that this will ensure that the treasurers’ department will continue to operate to the highest possible standards under his stewardship.”
Analysis – Has “the next big scandal” broken?
Mr Cruddas said he only took up the post at the beginning of the month and was “keen to meet anyone potentially interested in donating”. He said he had not consulted any politicians or senior party officials before the recorded conversation. Mr Cruddas told the undercover reporters that “premier league” donors – those giving £250,000 a year – could lobby Mr Cameron directly and their views were “fed in” to Downing Street. He said there was no point in “scratching around” with donations of £10,000. According to The Sunday Times, he believed that any prospective donations from the reporters – pretending to be wealth fund executives – would come from Liechtenstein and would be ineligible under election law. They are said to have discussed the creation of a British subsidiary and the possibility of using UK employees to make the donation.
Speaking on Sunday morning David Cameron said: “What happened is completely unacceptable, this is not the way that we raise money in the Conservative party. It shouldn’t have happened.
“I’ll make sure there is a party inquiry to make sure this can’t happen again.”
A Conservative Party spokesman said: “No donation was ever accepted or even formally considered by the Conservative Party. All donations to the Conservative Party have to comply with the requirements of electoral law.
“Unlike the Labour Party, where union donations are traded for party policies, donations to the Conservative Party do not buy party or government policy.”
Labour challenged the Prime Minister to “come clean” about what he knew and when. “Time and again the Tory party has been the obstacle to capping donations from wealthy individuals. Now it appears obvious why,” said Labour MP Michael Dugher who was speaking before Mr Cruddas quit.
The affair is likely to re-ignite the debate surrounding party funding, which has seen the Tories and Labour fail to reach a consensus despite both parties acknowledging the need for reform. The chairman of the Committee on Standards in Public Life, Sir Christopher Kelly, called last year for donations to be capped at £10,000 and for the parties to be funded largely by a taxpayer-funded grant.
But both parties dismissed the report, since the plan would curb the massive donations the unions pay to Labour and wealthy businessmen pump into Tory coffers.
Lib Dem Chief Secretary to the Treasury said the revelations were “utterly disgraceful.”
“This makes the case for reforming the system of party funding even stronger,” Alexander told the Andrew Marr Show on Sunday morning. “Over the next few weeks the three parties will be getting around the table.. to discuss how we can change how party funding works, to get the big funding out of politics.”
Labour shadow minister Michael Dugher said:
“We now hear the Tory treasurer boasting that some of these same millionaires who got a tax cut in the Budget this week can buy a seat at the private Downing Street dinner parties of David Cameron and George Osborne through donations worth hundreds of pounds to the Conservative Party.
“Will the PM say exactly what he knew and when about an apparent effort to sell access and influence in Downing Street?”
Tory deputy chairman Michael Fallon said no donations to the party could ever influence its policies. “I think [Cruddas] was blustering and boasting. No donation was accepted.
“He made a mistake here, and he’s resigned and he’s been replaced… he over-boasted about what you could do with a particular donation. That was wrong. It would certainly not have got through our normal compliance checks.
“Businessmen of course, like anybody else.. get access to politicians all the time. That’s part of the process of government, of listening to business. But the big change now is that if anyone meets a minister in the government, those meetings are not only recorded, but are published.”
